Spa management, taught by people who run spas
Ten online programmes with live sessions and a mentor who has managed a spa — from a first job on the front desk to a multi-site director's role. Professional certification with a public register, and a place in the world's largest spa network.

Every course is led by someone who holds or has held the job it teaches. Assignments use your spa's real numbers.

CSM-ISM: a proctored exam, a code of practice and a public register — verify any certificate in ten seconds.

Graduates are listed to employers on the network's engines, get association discounts, and sit inside 55 spa and salon sites in 31 countries.

A professional institute, not a university. We say which figures are sourced and which claims we cannot make.

The core programme: operations, people, finance, guest experience and marketing for spa supervisors and new managers.

For managers who already run a spa and want the multi-site, hotel-group and P&L ownership skills of a director.

How a med spa differs from a day spa: medical director models, consent, device ROI, membership and compliance.

Theory, anatomy, hygiene and client care for new therapists — the classroom half of a therapist qualification, online.

Skin, hair removal, manicure/pedicure, basic makeup and salon hygiene — built for the Indian parlour and salon market.

Receptionists and spa concierges are the first and last touchpoint. Bookings, yield, retail and recovery — done properly.
Certified Spa Manager (CSM-ISM)
A proctored 50-question exam, a code of practice and a public register an employer can check in ten seconds. Renewed every three years with continuing education. Issued by the Institute, co-badged by the network's associations.
Not a PDF. Every course ends in a working document for your own spa: a 90-day operating plan, a business plan defended to directors, a compliance checklist, a desk-standards manual, a marketing calendar, a KPI dashboard. Certificate holders join the public register.
