Are your courses accredited?
They are professional certificates issued by the Institute and co-badged by the Spa & Wellness Associations of Canada and India. They are not government-accredited academic qualifications and do not replace any licence.
How are fees charged?
In US dollars, or in INR, CAD, GBP, AUD, SGD, THB or AED at the day's rate. Every course can be paid in three monthly instalments. Association members receive a discount.
How much time do I need?
Entry courses: 5–8 hours a week. The Certificate: 7–10. The Diploma: 8–12 including the capstone.
When are live sessions?
Three time bands — Asia-Pacific, Europe/Gulf, Americas. Every session is recorded and available the next day.
What do I receive at the end?
A certificate with a verification number, your completed working document, and — for the Certificate — eligibility for the CSM-ISM exam.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. We invoice employers directly and run private cohorts for groups.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of the start if no more than one module has been opened; after that, a transfer to a later cohort within twelve months.
Do you place graduates in jobs?
We list graduates to employers on the network's engines and job boards, and we make introductions. We do not guarantee placement.
Are the industry figures on the site reliable?
Every figure carries its source and date — Global Wellness Institute, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, DataForSEO search data, or the network's own databases. If we cannot source a number, we do not publish it.
