A medical spa is a clinic that feels like a spa. The revenue model, the consent process, the marketing rules and the insurance are all different, and the mistakes are expensive. This eight-week course teaches the operations side for people who will manage — not perform — the treatments.

What you leave with
A compliance checklist and pro-forma P&L for a med spa in your jurisdiction — reviewed by faculty.
What you will build
A compliance checklist for your own country or state (medical direction, who may inject, record-keeping, advertising), a device economics model that shows payback per treatment room, and a membership and package structure. In the United States the rules change state by state; in India, the UAE and the UK they sit with health regulators. We teach you to find and read the rules, not to memorise one jurisdiction's.
Not a clinical course
We do not teach injecting, laser operation or any clinical skill. Those require regulated training. What we teach is how to run the business around clinicians: consultation flow, adverse-event procedure, retention, retail and the numbers.
