Spa management education for Singapore
Online spa management courses for Singapore and Southeast Asia: the Institute's original 2005 base, SGD fees, CaseTrust and licensing context, and listings on SpasSingapore.net.
The Institute began in Singapore in 2005, running management masterclasses for spa owners across Singapore, Malaysia and the region. Twenty years on, the market is smaller in spa count but denser in hotel spas and wellness clinics than almost anywhere in Asia, and Singapore remains the regional hub for spa brands' Southeast Asian operations.
Courses for Singapore
Spa Management Certificate and Spa Director Diploma for hotel and clinic managers; Medical Spa Operations for aesthetic clinics. Fees in SGD; live sessions in the Asia band.
Regulation
Massage establishments are licensed by the Singapore Police Force under the Massage Establishments Act, with category rules that affect what a spa may offer and how it recruits; aesthetic procedures fall under the Ministry of Health's guidelines for medical practitioners. Consumer prepayment protection (CaseTrust) affects how packages and memberships are sold — the marketing module covers it.
Jobs and listings
Listings on SpasSingapore.net and SpasWorldwide.com; regional markets on SpasIndonesia.com and SpasPhilippines.com.
