Canada's spa market is defined by two things the rest of the world does not have in the same proportion: Nordic spas ("nordic spa" is searched 40,500 times a month) and registered massage therapists ("RMT near me" 60,500). Both change how a spa is managed — admissions and capacity for the first, regulated practitioners and insurance receipts for the second.
Courses for Canada
The Spa Management Certificate and Front Desk course are the most enrolled; the Medical Spa Operations course covers provincial college rules for injectables. Fees are charged in CAD; live sessions run in the Americas band (evening ET/PT).
Regulation
Massage therapy is regulated in British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island; estheticians are unregulated except in Quebec-style trade certification. Medical aesthetics fall under provincial colleges of physicians and nurses. Manager training covers what that means for hiring and for insurance-receipt revenue.

Is the certificate recognised by Canadian employers?
It is a professional credential co-badged by the Spa & Wellness Association of Canada, not a provincial college award. Hotel groups accept it as a management qualification.
