Masterclasses are single modules lifted out of the longer courses for managers who need one thing fixed now: the roster, the P&L, the menu, the retail wall, the December gift-card plan. Each is a two-hour recorded session plus a live monthly Q&A with the faculty member who teaches it. $95 each; any three for $245; credit against a full course within twelve months.

Is there a certificate?
A certificate of attendance for each masterclass. Masterclasses do not count toward the CSM-ISM exam on their own.
