Verify a certificate

Check whether a Certified Spa Manager (CSM-ISM) certificate is current. Enter the certificate number or the holder's name.

Enter a certificate number (format ISM-CSM-000000) or a holder's name. We return the holder's name, country, certificate level and expiry date — nothing else. If a certificate does not appear, it is not current; email support@instituteofspamanagement.com if you believe that is an error.

The register goes live with the first certified cohort. Until then, verification requests are answered by email within one working day.
